These terms apply to all content on the website and to the “I want to join” form (Friends of Génesis). The website does not sell products or process payments.
Use of the website

Membership request
Submitting the “I want to join” form is an expression of interest: it is not an immediate membership and does not involve any payment. The Génesis team will contact you to complete the membership and will then explain the applicable conditions and fees [TO BE CONFIRMED].
For anyone under 18, the club asks for the consent of their parent or guardian before completing the membership.
Intellectual property
The name, emblem, “Lince” mascot, kit, texts, photographs and graphic design of the website belong to Génesis Sport Clube or to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced, altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Sponsor and partner trademarks belong to their respective companies.
Sponsorship and partnerships
The sponsorship tiers and the breakdown of every kwanza shown on the website are for information only. The conditions of each partnership are set out in the sponsorship pack and in the contract signed with the club.
External links
The website contains links to third-party services, such as social networks and maps. The club does not control these services and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. The dates in the 2026–2030 roadmap are indicative: each sport only starts once partner facilities and sponsorship are secured.
